1. Overview

At Misiki Digital, we provide personalized digital services including mentorship, consulting, funnel design, and system implementation. Each service involves significant strategy, customization, and time investment.
Because of this, our work is considered a digital and intellectual service, and therefore all payments made are non-refundable once the project or program begins.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales, mentorship enrollments, and service purchases made through Misiki Digital are final and non-refundable.
This includes:

• Digital mentorship or consulting sessions

• AI or automation system setups

• Funnel or website design work

• Any other digital implementation or advisory service

Once payment is made and onboarding has started, no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances. This is because the value delivered begins immediately through strategic planning, setup, and resource allocation.

3. Call and Booking Reschedules

If you’ve booked a discovery or strategy call and can’t attend, you may request to reschedule once by emailing us at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare, exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment transactions

• Technical issues causing payment failure but successful charge

If such cases occur, please email us at misikidigital@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, including your payment proof. After verification, any valid refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Service Cancellations

Once the project scope is confirmed and work has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.
If you wish to discontinue future phases of work, please notify us in writing — but prior payments will remain non-refundable.

6. Policy Agreement

By making a purchase or booking with Misiki Digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
